Welcome to Mallard View
A residential care facility (RCF) is any
institution, place, building or agency providing
for 24 consecutive hours accommodation, board,
personal assistance and other essential living
activities to three or more individuals not
related to the administrator or owner of the
facility. These persons are unable to properly
care for themselves because of illness, disease
or physical infirmity, but they do not require
the services of a registered or licensed nurse
except on an emergency basis.
Our facility takes pride in the homelike
atmosphere and pleasant surroundings. "Quality

 We offer a variety of services ranging from
medication management, laundry and housekeeping,
to a variety of daily activities. Personal care
services are also provided for those in need.
Budgeting, and shopping assistance are also
areas of interest to the residents. We aim to
please!
Many times a person is referred to the facility
by his or her physician, case manager, or family
member. The length of stay at M.V.I. can vary
from resident to resident. Each individual will
have an Individual Care Plan based on the need,
goals for future etc. |
